Salesgee is built with security-focused controls, including authentication, permission checks, business-level data separation, audit logging, and encryption safeguards.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You understand that internet-based services carry inherent risks, including unauthorized access, system failure, third-party service disruption, and user error.
You agree to use Salesgee responsibly and to protect your account, devices, staff access, and business data.

10. Renewals, Cancellations, and Refunds
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process available in your account or by contacting Salesgee support.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Refunds, if available, will be handled according to the refund policy stated on the pricing page, invoice, checkout page, or subscription agreement at the time of purchase.
Where no specific refund policy is stated, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Salesgee at its discretion.
11. Free Trials, Demo Accounts, and Test Data
Salesgee may offer free trials, demo accounts, sample dashboards, demo orders, test records, or preview environments.
Demo data is provided for illustration only. It may not represent real business performance, revenue, delivery success, inventory movement, or customer activity.
Salesgee may modify, reset, limit, or remove demo accounts or trial access at any time.
You must not use demo accounts to store sensitive, real, confidential, or production business data unless Salesgee clearly states that the environment is suitable for production use.
